Experience, perspective and a
practical starting point.
Born in Baltimore and raised in Exton, Pennsylvania, outside Philadelphia, Matt Pfeiffer graduated from Shippensburg University in 1993 and moved to Florida shortly thereafter. He has called Florida home since 1994 and has worked primarily in mortgage lending since 1996.
With nearly three decades of experience in mortgage lending and other areas of financial services, Matt has spent much of his career helping people navigate decisions that can often feel complicated, confusing or overwhelming.
Over the years, that experience has also provided a firsthand view of the frustration people can encounter when they know they need help — but don't necessarily know where to begin or who to call.
That desire to help people better understand their options ultimately led Matt to create Live Better Financially 101, an educational program focused on practical, real-world financial knowledge.

Matt has also appeared as a featured guest on local television segments including NBC's Money Mondays, Keeping Score and Savings Strategies, as well as ABC's Making Cents.
Away from work, Matt enjoys spending time with family and friends and getting outdoors whenever possible — usually involving fishing, kayaking or camping.
